In 2017, Zhané Chase ‘12, then an intern at The Whiting Turner Contracting Company, was giving a speech at the company’s annual meeting. Little did she know that the President and CEO, Timothy Regan had a surprise announcement for her. At the conclusion of her speech, he offered her a promotion—to a full time employee at the company. Now, that’s where she’s pursuing her career.
